what a glorious glorious day today. sun was out. weather was perfect. the girlies were (probably) wearing nothing. and i didn’t get to enjoy any of it. me? i was inside my apartment, working. yup. perfect saturday. no tennis. no nothin. well…whatever, money is money right? i can BUY the sun!
hmm…just got back from eating some panera bread. half steak sandwich….mac and cheese…chips…dr. pepper. dinner of champions. it was my first real meal of the entire day.
i woke up at around 10:30am or so and then walked right to my computer and started going at it. its kinda fun working from home. although, i find that i get distracted so freakin easily. firstly…my toilet was acting all funny..water kept running. so i had to call the building people and they fixed it in a giffy. secondly, saturday tv programming is always so fun to watch.
i like infomercials. and i can’t help watching some of the most crappiest ones on the weekends.
eventually though, i got into a groove and was able to finish the show that i’m working on. hopefully all is well and it gets approved.
then after all of that…it was about 6:00pm, i took a nap and then woke up an hour later to the sound of my stomach rumbling. so i ate…..
and here we are.
i’m kinda mad though that i didn’t get a chance to enjoy this weather. seemed like everyone and their mother was having fun except me. oh well…tomorrow will be my real day off, so maybe i’ll hit the courts then. in the meantime, time, i’m trying to figure out what kind of dessert i want to eat. hmm…..if only i had some ice cream sandwiches lying around.
